General terms and conditions and cancellation policy
Sunbeds
- Payment by American Express card is not accepted.
- Drinks in the hammock area must be ordered and paid for at the time, exclusively through the menu designated for the hammocks. It is important to note that orders from the restaurant menu will not be accepted in this area, nor vice versa.
- The reservation of a hammock does not guarantee the reservation of a table in the restaurant.
The price paid for the hammock includes: use of the swimming pool (over 18 years old), hammock and 1 towel. The towel will have a deposit of 15 euros and the loss or deterioration of the towel will imply the loss of the deposit. The use of additional towels will have a cost of 5 euros per additional towel.
Drinks in the hammock area can only be made in this area and are limited to the hammock menu. It is not possible to make these drinks in the restaurant, nor to order products from the restaurant menu. The reservation of a hammock does not imply the reservation of a table in the restaurant.
A reservation in our restaurants does not imply a reservation in the swimming pool area.
For your safety and for the use of sun creams you should not sit in the overflow of the pool to avoid falls and stains on your swimming costume.
- Please note that the hammocks are located in an outdoor area. If, due to adverse weather conditions, the service cannot be carried out, your deposit will be transferred to another day depending on availability.
- The amount paid for a hammock reservation will never be refunded outside the 14 days in advance, the date may be changed if the service cannot be provided due to causes attributable to Marina Beach Club. Marina Beach Club DOES NOT GUARANTEE SUN OR GOOD WEATHER. The risk of booking this service in advance in the event of weather disturbances is the client’s, if in doubt DO NOT BOOK THIS SERVICE in advance and wait for the day you want this service. If you decide to book in advance you are accepting this condition.
- Access to the Hammocks Pool area is for people over 18 years old.
- Access to Hammocks Beach is allowed to minors accompanied by their parents, but they are not allowed access to the swimming pool.
- BEHAVIOUR: The client must behave appropriately within the establishment, it is forbidden to disturb the order and disturb other customers. It is not allowed to organise scandals, nor physical or verbal violence towards the employees of the complex or other customers.
- SWIMMING POOL: The swimming pool will be open from 11:00 am to 6:00 pm. Guests of the terraces and restaurants will not be allowed to use the pool. The use of the swimming pool is exclusively for customers who rent a sun lounger (please consult the minimum consumption to use the swimming pool).
The use of towels is not permitted, except for those provided by Marina Beach Club. Guests must abide by the conditions of use of the swimming pool as described here. The use of mats, floats or any object not provided by Marina Beach Club is not permitted. - PROPERTIES: Marina Beach Club is not responsible for loss, damage or theft of cash, jewellery or other valuables left on the premises.
- ANIMALS: Animals are not allowed in the establishment, except as indicated for guide dogs for the disabled.
- Meals will be served in the sunbeds from 11:00 (or at the time the kitchen opens) to 16:00.
- Only our ‘Pool&Beach Area Service’ menu may be used for consumption.
The consumption of food and beverages from outside is not permitted.
Please take care of your belongings inside our premises, as during your stay at Marina Beach Club we cannot be held responsible for any personal items or unattended products. - For groups of more than 14 people, please contact reservas@marinabeachclub.com
- Costumes and/or vexatious and hurtful badges on your clothing are not permitted.
Hammock cancellation policy
- The maximum time for your booking will be 30 minutes, after this time your booking will not be guaranteed (please contact us if you are late, please contact us by phone).
- If you cancel your booking more than 14 days in advance, the full amount will be refunded, except 5€ (excluding administration fees).
If you cancel your booking with less than 14 days notice, the price of your booking will not be refunded. - Any cancellation of any product or service in our establishments will be governed by the Cancellation Policy published on our website. However, if health authorities impose any restrictions that prevent us from providing such a service in full (not in part), the full amount of the booking or the amount paid will be refunded.
Club
- The schedules published on our social networks, website or advertisements are the opening and closing times of Marina’s sessions (mornings, afternoons or evenings) and are not the performance schedules of the main artists. In the case of DJs, the performance schedule ranges between 30 and 120 minutes and singers between 20 and 60 minutes.
- Please note that THE CLUB is an open-air venue. If due to adverse weather conditions the service cannot be carried out, your deposit will be moved to another day depending on availability. If the event is suspended and the club is closed, we will indicate to which day the event will be postponed. If the event is definitively suspended, the reservation will be refunded.
- If you want to use your sofa or bed in both time slots, you must book in both shifts and, therefore, the minimum consumption will be double.
- There is no stamp for leaving the Club.
- The minimum consumption per table only includes products from our VIP menu bottles. Food is excluded from the minimum consumption.
- You can only reserve an area, not a specific table.

From March to June and October, from 17:30h to 3:30h.
July, August and September, from 18:30h to 3:30h.
(entering before 20:30h, except special days).

From 20:30h to 3:30h (except special days).

- Marina Beach Club is NOT a venue for stag and hen parties. It is not allowed to access with costumes or uniforms made for this type of event (such as t-shirts with phrases or similar). We also do not allow the groom, bride or guest to wear any kind of badge.
- It is not allowed to enter in costume (except for Halloween and theme parties) and/or with vexatious and hurtful badges on their clothing.
- Access to the club is for people over 18 years of age.
Disco cancellation policy

- If a table or ticket is cancelled due to force majeure, the customer is entitled to a refund of the amount paid minus the handling and production costs. Due to the particular costs of management and booking of artists, the management and production costs amount to 100% of the amount paid for the table or ticket.
